I am really enjoying the different fill options and having fun playing with the various features. This week, I will share modifying an Electric Quilt applique design to make it EQ Stitch friendly -- along with suggestions for reducing some bulk in the stem stitch. I will also share how to create a basting square and incorporate it in your stitching design. Here is a pdf of the block if you would like to create the project for your own F is for fall quilt. You may use to this create your own appliqued or enbroidered quilt. Next week I will cover the last block in this mini-quilt. Electric Quilt AcademyImmersion learning -- that is probably the best way to describe EQ Academy. Imagine the progress you could make with time just for you and your Electric Quilt program. Three days of working with a top instructor and an awesome group of fellow students. EQ Academy will be held from April 20-22, 2017 in Perrysburg Ohio. Classes are available from Barb Vlack, Mary Ellen Kranz, Yvonne Menear and myself. My classes will focus on the drawing tools. Read more about all the classes here. Wouldn't this make a great Christmas gift suggestion?
