I know that many of you have been working diligently on the kite blocks. It will make a great baby or kids quilt. I even heard of someone who will be adding more blocks for a larger version. Next week we will be adding a pieced border. Featured Quilt Pattern - Christmas PresentsI was at a quilt shop yesterday and realized that they were hanging a Christmas quilt for "Christmas in July". It is never to early to get started for Christmas -- particularly since all the new Christmas fabrics are arriving in the shops. This particular quilt is a great one to makes use of some of those theme fabrics. Theme fabric makes great wrapping paper. Three different sizes are included:
