Wanda Smith Hizer This is a Block of the Month program that I designed for a local quit shop.
Picture
Carolyn Lancet Technically, this is from August, but I've been working on it throughout this month, with valuable help from Karen Copstead. The lesson where you taught us how to trace an applique shape (the Northwoods Accuquilt) really opened my eyes, and I traced all of these motifs for my niece's quilt. Thanks, Kari Schell!

Carolyn Lancet The start of the center. These will be raw edge applique cut from EQ templates using my Scan and Cut.
Picture
Carol Kendra Well, If you really want to know, I learned an awful lot about the polygon error! I also learned about stagger and partitioning and just how valuable zooming in can be. It's been a fascinating month and I have enjoyed all of it.
Picture
Vicki Watkins (picture not yet available) Thanks to Kari Schell tutoring!!! I learned how to add an applique to a pieced block! I even segmented lines, hunted down all those oops in the pattern. I now have a new quilt/wall hanging pattern, cover picture, applique templates and rotary cutting diagrams. Next to piece and quilt before the deadline. (I'm November for MGQS The Club.) Who said retirement was easy? But it sure is a lot of fun! Thank you, Kari Schell, I could not have done it without you!
Picture
Patricia Hansen This month was Poly Draw, and a fabric challenge from EQ. So I designed a quilt using some of the polydraw techniques that I learned. Here is one of the blocks from the quilt I entered for the fabric challenge.
Picture
Moira Hewitt I took T shirt and Panel Quilts and I am looking for panels to put into a wall hanging for a quick quilt.
Picture
Linda Carlson I drew this in the Masters The Design Process class by choosing block #3434 in BlockBase +. The class included using Inkscape to include text within a block, and/or on the quilt.

Zdenka Nemethova This month I took PolyDraw lessons. In lesson 9 I played with Rising Sun block, adjusted a bit and did this quilt. Used Randomize to color it and love this simple spring combination of colors...

Rhonda Goss This pumpkin design would be a good design to apply the design to production techniques.
Picture
Kristy Gooden Soard I took the Design Process Masters Class, and designed my BBF(Best Friends Forever Quilt). I made several modifications. I completed the design with colors versus fabrics, as I have not yet chosen what fabrics I will utilize. This quilt, also, fulfills my Results for the month as designing this quilt was my goal. Inspired by a pattern by JoAnn Hoffman which can be found at https://www.compuquilterdesigns.com/shop/bff-best-freinds-forever-pdf
Picture
Susan Oberwortmann I learned about bringing in photo images and scanned images.I was able to resize, straighten, crop my photo image. I then designed a quilt using those skills. I have included the file from EQ8 and a picture of the finished quilt.

Picture
Sharon Kaiser I designed this for a quilt shop that I help out. Used my new skills I learned from the fabric lessons.
Picture
Julie Pedersen This month I took the Masters Design Process class. Our challenge was to create a tote bag and I designed this one.
Picture
Julie Pedersen I have spent time designing quilts based on Ricky Tims' convergence idea. I used what I have learned with my masters classes to do this. I am much more adept at cropping and resizing images after these two. The green one will be used as a guide for a quilt for an art teacher.
Picture
Julie Pedersen My second convergence quilt is still a work in progress. I may do this one for me.
Picture
Cheryl Johnston In September I took the Reproduction Quilts 2 class. I searched the Quilt Index for a quilt I wanted to reproduce and found one called Primrose Path. Below is my interpretation along with the original.
Picture
Candy Huddleston I'm sending along one of the quilts I designed for Lesson 12 of Intro to EasyDraw where I changed the 11" log cabin block to become a spiral & then used serendipity to create the 4-block layout.
Picture
Candy Huddleston Next, for this Challenge, I went back to the V-Quilt lessons & used one of my own block variations to create the second quilt. I played around with Auto Borders, but ended up making my own small V-block for the borders & used the Tile Squares to set it into the layout. I have noticed that time just flies by when "playing", but it results in some pretty wonderful quilts! Thank you for the challenge.
Picture
Mary Groesbeck I needed a fall quilt for my Seasonal Quilt Wall, so I made some big pumpkins. In September, i took Advanced Easy Draw, which made this come together very quickly.
Picture
Edith Craig My class this month was Hexagon Blocks and Settings. This quilt is a sampler from the various blocks that we learned to draft or adapt.
Picture
Beckie Lees Belsaas Two simple panel baby quilts for a charity raffle. Just finished the T-shirt and panel lesson and used what I learned. I only took a picture of one of the six designs in the panel, they are all the same size.

Lisa Ward Tote Challenge I used EQ8 to design a log cabin block and bag to re-use my husband's old blue jeans. EQ8 helped me to determine "log lengths". Here is the finished bag. Waist bands are used for the straps, pockets are the center on each side and the watch pocket is used inside on the lining.
Picture
Dorothee Ilgner Tote Challenge I am seldom toting tote bags, but perhaps my grandson could use one for his diapers and clothes in kindergarden. Therefore I designed a funny clown with a hat perched on his orange mop of hair. He is paper pieced with an appliqued hat.
