Archery is the first medal to be awarded in the Rio Olympics. So it makes sense that it is the first sport to be honored in the Summer Games quilt. Archery had its debut at the 1900 Summer Olympics The most noticeable trend has been the dominance of the Korean women archers, who have won 14 out of 15 gold medals in the women's events since 1984. I remember taking Archery in Gym class in Junior High School. I also remember trying my hand at Archery at Y Camp. Given the concerns with weapons in the schools, I wonder if they still offer that sport in our school systems. The free download period has ended. Hi Kari, Thanks for the pattern and even more for the instructions for drafting in EQ7. I have learned so much since following this project and in this short time, EQ7 doesn't feel as daunting. Many thanks!!

Kari, is there anyway to turn the "feather" part around with this pattern? For some reason it just "feels" wrong for them to be pointing up the ardor instead of down the arrow. I'm not criticizing, just asking. Love your EQ7 pointers!

It's nice to look at your updated layout of all the blocks on the quilt and can't wait for the finished project. I'm just wondering, I see you have the swimming block on both upper corners but don't see the previously issued Golf block, and of course, just issued todays block of Gymnastics. I'm wondering if the Golf should be in one of the Swimming blocks? Comments are closed.
