Bundle the Come Said the Wind digital piecing pattern with two quilting designs to finish off the project.
Piecing Pattern:
The poem in the quilt was written by George Cooper, an American poet who lived from 1838 – 1927. The large wall hanging finishes to 33”□, while the small one finishes 15” x 12”. To make construction easier, many sections in the quilt use over-sized piecing along with specialty rulers. If you cannot find the specialty ruler, instructions are provided for use of traditional rulers.
Recommended (optional) tools
Maple Leaf Border Design: This pattern could be used as a border design or an edge to edge pantograph. It was specifically designed to complement the Come Said the Wind piecing pattern.
Maple Leaf Triangle and Point to Point Design: This pattern could be used as a triangle design or a point to point design to fill a series of setting triangles. It was specifically designed to complement the Come Said the Wind piecing pattern. It works great in both miniature and larger triangles.
All digital patterns are available for immediate download upon purchase. Note that there are two separate ZIP files in this download.
Digital formats are bundled together in a Zip file with the following longarm formats: CQP, DXF, HQF, IQP, PST, PLT, QLI, SSD, WMF. (See your computer help menu for information on zip files (also known as compressed files) That will need to be unzipped before use.
