Chapter 2: Drawing Pieced Blocks in PolyDraw
Similar to EasyDraw, PolyDraw creates pieced blocks. However the similarity stops there. In PolyDraw you will draw complete patches rather than a series of intersecting lines and arcs. You have the option of choosing between different grid styles to help guide your block design.

The applique drawing tools provide the greatest degree of flexibility in EQ8. You are not limited to drawing shapes that fit together for piecing or need to be easily cut with a rotary cutter. Shapes can be layered on top of one another. And patches can be "closed" and filled with fabric, or left "open" and treated like thread. Let your creativity flow!
