What’s Included?
- 10+ separate video lessons emailed Monday through Friday starting on Wednesday, September 9, 2020.
- The video lessons will focus on drafting a series of pieced hexagon block using EasyDraw, PolyDraw and Applique. I’ve developed a simple (easygoing) method of turning EasyDraw hexagons into applique hexagons. This makes them super simple to interlock in a quilt layout. The blocks will be able to be foundation pieced or suitable for English Paper Piecing.
- Bonus Live Sessions
- Post pictures of your work or ask questions in the Learning Electric Quilt Facebook group.

- Your challenge is to watch the video and complete the tasks within Electric Quilt
- At the end of the 10+ videos you will have designed a series of hexagon and will have a couple of suggestions for a quilt layout that would be suitable for the blocks.

In the group you are welcome to post comments, converse with other students about the class and ask questions. Select this link to request membership to the group. Special Bonus: Live Q&A Sessions
You will also be invited to two live events during September 2020. One will be a Q&A session and the other one a webinar where I will discuss a setting option for the hexagon blocks. I will also be introducing the Tech Know Quilter membership studio during the webinar and opening enrollment for those in the challenge at that time. Both sessions will be recorded and the recordings will be made available to all challenge participants.
