It has been really cold this week (below zero plus a nice stiff wind to make it feel even colder). I am so thankful for heat in my house, but it is still hard to ward off the chill.
So this week, I decided my quilt needed to be a mug rug. Made to house a nice hot cup of cocoa -- or the warm drink of your choice.
The applique from this quilt was adapted from blocks in the EQ8 library. You could always delete the marshmallows for a different drink and swap out the snowflake. Feel free to share your mug rug designed in EQ on social media.

You can draft the blocks in EQ7 if they aren't in the EQ7 library. You can use a similar method of creating the quilt in EQ7, but you will need to be comfortable using the Custom Set quilt features in EQ7.

Thank you for the information. I'm not that familiar with EQ7 but I will give it a try. I love make mug rugs for my friends. Comments are closed.
